We offer in-depth training and consulting services to clients that choose to bill for their enteral feeding, urological, ostomy, tracheostomy and wound care supplies in house.  We have programs designed for the Durable Medical Equipment provider and Nursing Homes.

Our consulting services include............

  1. Evaluation and recommendation of changes to  your admissions/referral procedures.  
  2. Review of your forms (Assignment of Benefits, Patient Responsibility, Wavier of Liability, etc.)
  3. Help you establish insurance verification and collection of private pay co-pay procedures.
  4. Provide information and educate your staff on the Medicare regulation related to your billable supplies. 
  5. Help you establish procedures for the collections of the Certifications of Medical Necessity.
  6. Review your billing procedures and perform an audit of the accuracy of the data you are providing to Medicare.
  7. Review and establish procedures for inventory management.
  8. Review and establish procedures for claim follow up and management of accounts receivable.
  9. Review or establish a Corporate Compliance Program.

Upon completion of our on site evaluation we will custom design a Policy and Procedure manual for your business.  This manual will include detailed instructions for your approved procedures for collection of data, processing of claims and Corporate Compliance Policies.

Our monthly retainer fee is based on the number of active patients you have and the amount of time you will need access to our staff. 

  1. Be available for your staff with any assistance necessary for prequalification of new patients.   
  2. Evaluate your Certification of Medical Necessity for accuracy and appropriate documentation prior to you submitting to Medicare.
  3. Assist your staff with Medicare appeals and denials.
  4. Provide routine reviews of your accounts receivables, recommend corrective actions and assist with problems.
